Position Overview
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated (Senior) Salesforce Developers with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain complex solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging both standard configurations and custom code. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, robust automation, and seamless integrations, with a proven track record of delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Custom Development: Design and develop high-quality, scalable custom solutions using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- Declarative Automation: Build and maintain sophisticated declarative solutions using Flow Builder, Approval Processes, and advanced Salesforce configuration.
- System Integration: Design and implement secure integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Industry Cloud Solutions: Build dynamic, customer-centric digital experiences utilizing OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures).
- Best Practices & Governance: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security standards. Conduct code reviews and ensure robust unit testing (minimum 75% coverage).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Technical Core: Deep expertise in Apex customization, Triggers, Flow automation, and Core Configuration.
- Frontend UI: Strong proficiency in modern UI development, specifically LWC (highly preferred), Aura, and legacy Visualforce.
- Integration: Solid understanding of integration concepts, security protocols, Connected Apps, and Named Credentials.
- OmniStudio: Proven experience working with OmniStudio components.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) is mandatory.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) is highly desirable.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Multi-Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience working across multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience/Community, or Health/Financial Services Cloud).
- Salesforce CPQ: Knowledge or implementation experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is a major plus.
