Salesforce Business Analyst

Full Time • Hybrid - US
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid–Senior Level Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business needs with technical Salesforce solutions, drive stakeholder alignment, and contribute to successful Salesforce implementations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and support delivery across various industries.

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Preferred) / Remote (U.S.-based candidates)

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce solutions
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
  • Partner with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to deliver scalable solutions
  • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews
  • Support end-to-end Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations
  • Ensure alignment between business processes and Salesforce capabilities
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and recommend best practices
  • Participate in testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and validation
  • Provide ongoing support, documentation, and training to business users
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends
Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working on Salesforce implementations
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in delivering end-to-end projects
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or others)
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process documentation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in one or more domains: 
    • Public Sector
    • Retail
    • Healthcare
    • Other industry verticals
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or equivalent)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and reporting within Salesforce
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
